Stop the counting mistakes and recounting of tiny balls. The zirconia bearing ball counting and filling device integrates an AI-equipped camera-based parts counter (Vision Counter) with a bottle filling machine, automating the process from counting to filling. A single camera captures images from two directions using mirrors arranged at 90°, allowing balls that appear overlapping from one direction to be seen separately from the other, enabling the AI to determine "2 pieces." Before counting, the AI learns the size of the balls, so it does not count small particles, dust, or foreign objects. The operation is as simple as entering the production target number and pressing start. Once a type is registered, it can be operated by just calling it up. Even slippery zirconia balls with high inertia can be handled with a flow rate limit set to approximately 1,100 pieces per second, comfortably accommodating a continuous counting capacity of 1,500 to 1,800 pieces per second.
